We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing difficulties with call reception on the O2 network. The O2 technical team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and implement a swift resolution.

O2 are currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working. While this is being fixed you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.
