We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing difficulties with call reception on the O2 network. The O2 technical team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and implement a swift resolution.

O2 are currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working. While this is being fixed you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

We've recently identified a potential DNS issue impacting broadband customers. This has been raised to network teams and is under investigation. Some users have reported that using an alternate DNS as a workaround will bypass this issue.

Traffic graphs showed an initial drop in traffic over our network around 11:50 this morning, as of 12:10 traffic levels have been observed as starting to return to normal. An update from the networks teams is being sought and once more information is available this will be passed on.

Traffic is still being monitored and is fluctuating, services may continue to see impact while investigation is ongoing.
